During her family's move to the suburbs, a 10-year-old girl wanders into a world ruled by gods, witches, and spirits, and where humans are changed into beasts.
Why do we love it?
Perfectly encapsulating the escapism of cinema, this beautifully animated piece is a modern fairy tale following the growth of its main character. With energetic and colourful characters and an inventive plot, it's easy to see why Spirited Away is known to be one of the best.
